The Gentry Process

Bring all questions and ideas! This meeting will focus on learning more about each other and about the products, and design process. Project scope and budget will be discussed.  The primary goal is to ensure a good fit between client and designer. At the end of this meeting, a retainer will be collected in order to begin the custom design process.

Our team will review the space and take photos and measurements as needed. Design ideas and style preferences will be reviewed. Products, materials, and concepts will be discussed.

Our Designer will develop floor plans with 3D Renderings to help bring clear perspective to your Project. Here we can begin the final material selections and ensure avalabilty to help minimize any delays in your project.

Once all details are in place we will schedule a design presentation. You will have the opportunity to review each carefully made selection for your space. The goal is to review the final design that is aesthetically pleasing and truly functional for your needs. All decision makers must be present at this meeting to ensure everyone’s ideas, questions, and needs are addressed. All documents will be signed, along with all materials being paid in full to secure a beginning date. 

We will welcome you with a phone call from our project manager. Our project manager will be the point of contact from your start date and all the way through the to completion of your project. They will be in costant communication with you and all other trades that may be involved in your project to ensure a smooth and seamless completion.

Your home is in good hands! Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process of your project to make it smooth and seamless.  We keep you in the loop with costant schedule updates and changes.   

Once your project is nearing completion, the project manager will schedule a final walk through. Please have all decision makers/homeowners present for this appointment. We want to ensure all boxes have been checked off. The only thing left to do now is Enjoy!
